Smoked Ribs

Dry rubbed pork back ribs. Simply seasoned with my own blend of spices, available in half-rack or full.

The ribs come vacuum sealed, and can easily be re-heated by dropping the entire package into barely simmering water for 4-5 minutes. Once heated, just slice between the bones to serve.

Ribs are sold by the half-rack. For a full rack, select quantity as 2. 

Pick Up is this Friday from 4pm-6pm at Bathurst and Dupont – pick up address and details will be provided after checkout.
