Skip the takeout and make these amazing restaurant style wings at home! Might as well make some fries while you’re at it.
Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs wings
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2-3/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot
- Canola oil, for frying
Method
- Heat oil to 375°F in a large pot or deep fryer
- Add salt, pepper, and cayenne to the flour and lightly coat the wings
- Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until cooked through
- While the wings are frying, make the sauce by melting the butter and adding the hot sauce
